Day 1:Chest, Tris, Abs Day 2: Biceps, Back, Delts Day 3: Lower body I do Day 1 on Sunday, Day 2 on Tuesday, Day 3 on Thursday (spread out this way because of my school schedule). Also, I do about 2-3 different exercises for each muscle group on average. I'm 5'7" at only ~125, so I'm working out to just gain some goddamn mass. I have some N-Large weightgaining protein shake, too, so hopefully that helps. Also, if it hasn't already been assumed, I haven't really been big on working out much in my life, so I'm still a newbie I feel really good now having started Any suggestions/comments to what I have going so far?
