CAR Can you weld spark plugs?

Car won't start, after a bit of digging I see this on at least 2 spark plugs. Time to break out the welder :scootin:

Just buy new ones they're like $8-12 a piece, but if you're that cheap make sure to use the blue Elmer's glue.

Are those plugs both from the same cylinder ? I can’t see one hole being dead keeping the car from actually starting and running
