Anyone fellow canadians hopefully in BC know if steel cut oats are for sale around here?
I just bought some... 4.99 Canadian for 1lb and 14 oz. container.
This is in Ontario though....
im assuming it was a mom and pop sort of store and not a chain store like costco?
Health food store.
ok thanks Timber
I went into one health/vitamen store here and asked if they had steel cut oates and they looked at me like I was crazy. So I explained them what they are and then instead asked if they had any xyience supplements because the ice man sent me. They looked at me funny so I left.
haha i think im gonna do the same thing today and just go to health food stores and ask
ftw, is what I'd type if tehre we BB's out in BC (according to their website).
don't just look for steel cut, cause they are called by a couple of names. Bulk Barn sells them as Scotch Cut Oats. they are also knows as Irish Oats I believe.
ok thanks fellas
I love my healthfood store, shit is .79 a pound and you just scoop it out of a bucket into a bag, like bulk nuts (or a horse) . I just filled up a 5lb whey buckey with like 9lbs of oats.
call popeye's in coquitlam and ask them
