Depends on the tuna for me.
Bumble bee or starkist? Water.
A nice can of tonnato or something? Has to be oil.

I'm not sure nice and can belong together but now I feel like I've been missing out. What is this tongol you speak of?

Pretty much this

Really good tuna is usually oil or occasionally salt packed and is worlds away from the cheap shit but also not suitable for every application
