running server 2003 with ultravnc. could vnc into it from a pc running ultra vnc, also my macbook running chicken of the vnc

i tried out a vnc program called crossloop [link]
it worked out fine, but since then i haven't been able to vnc into my server.

uninstalled crossloop on server, reinstalled ultravnc on server and pc and chicken of the vnc

i get a connection refused error whenever i try to connect

RDP is far better than VNC.

VNC, gotomypc etc should always be alternatives in case RDP has issues
