I've been needing to improve my grip for awhile and I finally decided to order some CoC grippers, linked here My question to you is, what have you guys started out on? I play sports and have been lifting for over 6 years, although not always consistent. So my grip shouldn't be girly weak. The reason I ask is obvious, I don't want to buy a gripper and have it be way to easy and thus a waist of money. I was thinking I should be fine with starting with No. 1. If it is too hard I'll just have to do other grip exercises until I can start using it. Cliffs: What CoC gripper did you start with?
