Saw this on TCL and figured some here would appreciate it
I hope that wasn't a real E30 M3.
I dont think it was honestly, I dont see why they'd widen the fenders if it was
too much work
The words of a wanna be car guy
thats pretty badass.. specs on all the parts?
blow my fucking mind with the amount of work put in
It's certainly an interesting curiosity but somewhat pointless. I'll never understand why people pour tens to hundreds of thousands into projects like these that rarely if ever see any real motorsport usage and when they do, they're pampered because they are so terribly unreliable and expensive to replace or repair.
Have you ever turned a wrench ?
when you have all kinds of disposable income, you just pay other people to do it
Personal enjoyment comes to mind. Not everybody wants to drag, auto x, or track .
want level high
Is a stupid justification to do anything.
How exactly do you enjoy a car like that if you aren't doing any of the three?
people who can afford to build a car like this can afford to repair it. Now if they dont drive it at all, thats criminal.
I always hear this ridiculous argument yet you rarely if ever see them driven as such.
Piper Motorsport appears in a few of the pictures. Does anyone know if that is Piper's shop?
Mitch Piper is a fabricator talented enough to do a job like that. He is amazing.
He worked on my car a decade ago and I wish I could afford him now.
Impressive build. Would like to see the difference in overall weight (if any) because that V10 is all-alloy compared to the iron S14 motor.
