My civic has been a great car, but the lack of torque is really getting to me. :o
So I was looking through an autotrader the other week and saw that the Mazdaspeed 6's are getting real cheap, about 23-26K for a loaded brand new 2007. Plus my car seems to be holding its value well so I should get some good money from a trade in and only have to finance a few thousand.

    oh and some pics.

    Current ride.

So far the only problems I can find with these cars is the rear diff mounts breaking from high hp or launching and a recall on the earlier clutches which doesnt effect the 07's.

  3. despite what you think - you are going to take a hit in depreciation.

    I'd keep the civic personally.

Ya i know I am, but compared to most other cars or trucks, not as bad.

The civic has been a great car but I'm ready to move on to something more grown up and compfortable and without losing much performance.

i dont understand why people buy cars and then get rid of them less than a year later

imo it shows that you didn't do enough research the first time around

I love cars, and my financial situation allows me to do this :bigthumb:.

Also I'm getting tired of revving the civic out past 5800k to make a simple pass :o

I'd rather be happy and have to spend a 2-4k than be stuck with the civic.

Kinda, I test drove 07 SI, GTI, MS3 and an MS6 and I definately preferred the MS6, it wasn't the quickest but it was quick enough and it just felt like it was in a differant class, it's not a boy racer car like the others.
