I'm trying to get back into shape and was wondering what is an appropriate amount of cardio exercise? I've been told different things from different people. Some say doing it 4 times a week for 45 minutes is a good amount OR doing it everyday for 15 minutes is also a good amount. I'd like to get rid of some extra fat in my abdomen area, so figured I can start with this. I know abs are made in the kitchen, but want to supplement both cardio + eating healthy.
