Why does it make cardio so damn easy? Does it make you burn less calories?
I LOVE THIS SHIT....
I've thought about getting this. In for information.
opens up the lungs. (stimulant + bronchodilator)
more oxygen = easier cardio.
I'm the first person to cry snake oil but this shit made me a running machine. I need more to make sure it wasn't just a fluke
I definitely noticed a difference when I DIDN'T take it before running a couple weeks ago. It was painfully difficult compared to when I did take it.

you'll want to blow me when your doing cardio and not breathing hard.
I can do the running, its the damn cramps in my shins/calves that stop me dead in my tracks.
how many do you guys take? i only take one
1 or 2 depending on duration/intensity....

how long do you guys take it before you do your cardio? It normally takes like an hour for mine to kick in
like 30 min I think....usually I feel like it kicks in halfway through my workout if I do it 1st thing in the morn.
If I'm doing cardio after my workout, I usually take it right before I start my workout. By the time I start my cardio it's in full swing.
I despise cardio and have a hard time going past five minutes of it.
Last weekend I took two cardio breeze samples then and completely forgot about them. About 30 minutes later went and did some cardio. I managed 15 minutes on the stair stepper and then 15 more jogging on the treadmill. I wanted to keep going as well, but set the apartment office alarm off, so we left.
So I figured I try the stair mill at the gym since I did so well the previous weekend. I managed four minutes then stopped...this was without cardio breeze.
Anyway, I didn't put two and two together until I saw this thread and realized that's why the cardio was so easy.
Will purchase once I start doing cardio again.

I took 1 before a heavy bag workout yesterday and didn't notice much, then felt shitty afterwards. But, it was 90deg outside so I will give it another shot, this time with elliptical HIIT.
been testing these on/off for a few weeks. haven't noticed a shred of difference
my confidence in trying this product is beginning to sway bros but i will probly try it anyway. i like running, but fucked off towarrds the end of last year, gained 10-20 lbs and now my knees hurt a bit when i give it a go. need to clean my shit up stat
