How much/often do you incorporate cardio into your workouts? I always run a high-intensity mile before I start my lifting, and run stairs about twice a month. Yes, I know I should do more. I'm looking to gain more strength and hopefully more muscle mass, so I'm not looking to get extremely cut by any means. I just want to increase my overall fitness level. Do you guys incorporate cardio before or after your lifts, or do any at all?
