I've been doing LISS for 45 minutes at night around 10-11 PM (last meal would have been at the latest 8 PM or so. I want to switch to HIIT cause it is more fun and obviously less boring. Now here come the questions for HIIT: Morning or Night? Eat before, after or both before and after? Eat pro/carb meal before/after? How long should wait before doing HIIT if I do eat, and how long do I wait to eat after doing HIIT? I've looked some of these questions up on the net and there seems to be a controversy about everything.
