Is it even recommended?
I've never heard any discussions on the matter.
Bodybuilders do tons of it while preparing for a show but you're trying to gain weight, hm.
Think I'd be ok doing it twice a week?
Not sacrificing too much, I just hate the feeling of not doing any.
If you are trying to gain a ton of weight it might be counter productive but I am pretty sure they still do some because they do not want to have a heart attack.
beware the dreaded "shin pump"
I do cardio after lifting, I'm afraid my arms are gonna feel like they're gonna explode.
Is shin pump kinda similar?
well, yours arms will slowly deflate, but yes to a degree, its similar.
Been on HRT for 3 years never got any shin pumps even when I decided to up my dosages.Now at times my calves gets tight but I don't think its related.
well, you've never done Tren before I take it then
I get "shin pump" and calf pumps after long times on a treadmill but I think thats because I'm fat

i do it 3-4, 30-40 minutes year round...then step it up at show time. Just dont go nuts and keep your heart 125-130. You will not lose one ounce of muscle, esp since your on. I dont give a shit what anyone here says, I have been at it alot longer and it always helps my metabolism and keeps me hungry while keeping fat deposits down. speaking of tren, i tried some valopharm finaplix gold 100mg 30cc...that shit was absolute rocket fuel.

The reason PurEvl didn't do so well in his show is because while preparing for it he was also getting ready for the Massachusettes Crochet Championship. His pink sweater with the words "Lightweight" on it took first place in the sweater category and his quilt (made out of used posing trunks) took third overall. Who's laughing now?
your entitled to your opinion. nothing i can say about it. I placed 6th twice out of 18 and then 9 heavyweights. I fucked up my water. Shit happens. I also didnt use 1/3 the shit i used to, including no test what so ever. I was the closet to natural you can get, everyone else was jacked to the moon like i usually do. I wont make the mistake again
