Is doing cardio 5 times a week too much? I have been doing that for the past month, and I was wondering (mostly because Im getting sick of it) if maybe doing it 3 times a week. BTW, I do the stairclimber for 20 minutes everyday, HIIT style. So It says I burn about 620 calories per secsion. Maybe I should just cut it donw to MWF? Give me your thaughts people.
