So i just started taking this stuff last week as a before bed meal. i use a hand blender to mix this stuff up into milk. the first 2-3 times i did it, i had the blender stir it for pretty long, and it got really thick, and made it taste pretty nasty. today, i blended it at 1/2 the time, and it was way less thick, making it taste 10x better. anyone know if it's some weird properties of casein that does this? i know for sure whey doesn't react this way. so is it better if i use a shaker rather than a hand blender? hope i'm not destroying any of its good properties.
