Casein vs Whey

  1. I've read that casein doesn't suppress your appetite as much between meals like whey? Any truth to this? But both are recommended for training. I just can't find when the best times to consume either are... :dunno:

    casein before bed. casein is disgested slower than whey

    you can even mix the two after a workout, great combo. fast acting and slow acting

    You got that backwards. Casein will keep you fuller for longer.

    I've never seen any reason to buy casein protein by itself.

    Just use whey or a blend or something not like it matters that much.

    yes, casein doesnt leave you feeling as full, despite it being digested more slowly.

    bioavailability, purity, but not in amounts that you need to worry about it

    the optimum nutrition casein doesn't mix worth a SHIT, have fun eating it :ugh:

    That's actually a blend. And I believe when they put it in parenthesis they can list it in whatever order they want, instead of referencing it by what ingredient has the most volume.
