Alright, as of today (March 6th, 2005) I've been cutting for a while now and I'm down 20lbs or so. But since this forum just got created and I'm just starting this log we'll wipe the slate clean and go from here. Current Stats - New stats in red as of 10/14/06 Height: 6'1" Weight: 280lbs - 293 Bench: 350lbs - 445 Dead: 525lbs - 605 Squat: ? I have to go light because of an injury - 635 Target Stats (Not sure when the target date is, these are just my current goals) Weight: 250lbs Bench: 500lbs Dead: 650lbs Squat:700lbs All lifts are raw (no shirt, belt, etc). Current Split Mon: Chest Tue: Back/hamstrings Wed: Shoulders Thu: Quads/Calves Fri: Arms Sat: Off Sun: Off Supplements In Use Blackstarlabs WPC-80 (basic whey protein) Animal Nitro (BCAA's) I just ordered some CEE and Di-Arg Malate from 1fast so we'll see what thats like. Daily logs and diet progress will begin tomorrow, Monday March 7th.
