come on. The "star trail" isnt even a good star trail. It looks more like the stars are out of focus.
There is what looks like a car in the bottom of the image. it adds nothing to the photo and only distracts the eye.
Usually, when you want to do a shot like this, you want to stay away from light pollution or any light that is going to block out the stars from the image.
That any better champ?
oh, and here's what I got when I tried a shot like yours...
Why would you use a 96 second shutter to take that.
Don't like the car's outline in it.
I think the light pollution is the best part of the picture. it doesnt even appear that the subject is the stars. I didn't think it was anyway.
I'd try to find a subject in the foreground to add to the picture. Half the picture is black nothing and that isn't very pleasing to the eye.
that works, but having the faint outline of a car in the frame doesn't do anything for it and it only takes away from the photo.
