Since staring CEE, I have been experiencing some pretty bad lower back pain. I don't know if this is lifting related, or swelling of the kidneys. I read that CEE can be harmful to your kidneys (more so than monohydrate), regardless of the amount of water you drink. I then decided to research it more, and it seems to be a common discussion. I'm just looking to gather some opinions on the matter...what do you guys know/think about it?
