I just received my order of CEE today from 1fast400.com

Problem is that there is nothing in there to indicate how much a gram is. I was under the impression there would be a mini spoon or something of that nature. I intend to start off with 3g a day but how the hell do I go about measuring this? I dont want to have to buy a scale or anything, lol

thanks

A heaped teaspoon is about 3 grams

no it does not. Label says 760mg = 1/4 teaspoon.

So a full teaspoon is about 2g then, whereas a heaping is around 3g.

I am looking for about 1 1/2g (once before workout, once after) thats 3g total in one day. So I guess I will just take just short of a teaspoon before and after then.
Basically my question is: If it is not completely accurate and its off by +/- .3g or something, that does not really matter right?
and this does not need to be taken on a full stomach or anything? I know to drink plenty of water.

thanks

if your measurements are off by +/- .3g, you could suffer from kidney and liver failure and die. no joke...

cmon honestly, no it's not gonna really matter.

you suck at math

760mg x 4 = 3240, which = 3.24g!
