Ok so i just started taking CEE about 2 weeks ago the first time i took it i took the "recommended" amount which is about 3 grams, i felt a pump but now i've been continuing to take it and i take it 30 minutes prior to working out. I dont feel as big a pump as i did before... is it because i'm eating about 2 hours before working out. or is it in my mindset. i mean i havent noticed huge gains but it still seems like i'm slowly rising. too early to notice much?
