i got all of this and i wanna know how i should use them? on the days i dont workout, should i take them? which ones? how much? with celltech i've heard loading stage is stupid, is it? im thinking on the days i dont work out, i should just drink 2-3 shakes of nitrotech(protein). i dont need the creatine or Pumptech. days i do work, celltech twice a day, nitro tech 2-3 two times, and 8 capsules of either pumptech or NO2, 4 in the morning 4 before i lift. should i take celltech and nitroech immediatly after working out or right before for the second time of the day? whats better, pumptech or NO 2? are they the same type of product? anyone else have any suggestions? I've heard along with these supplements i should take glutamine, ya? i also hear animal pack is good too, worth it? what does animalpack do?
