Well as of right now me and my buddy have always done a three day rotation.. Chest/Tri Back/Bi Legs/Shoulders Well my buddy always says that his Bis/Tris are always tired out,before he starts working out on that muscle group, because we do Chest/Back First on those days. he wants to push himself like he does with chest/back. So i was thinking about switching up how we do the muscle groups... Tri/Bi's Chest/Back Legs/Shoulders Does this seem ok? or would it be better to go to a 4 day work-out Tri/Bi Chest Back Shoulders/Legs give some feedback!!! and mabye tell your work-out plan?
