On a more exciting note.. we started messing with TNT, M1 Dynamite and M112 C4 today
I also got a 35% on our first quiz today. Thats pretty good lol. Good thing they don't count. My 94% on our first test will hopefully help to keep my avg above 75% so i can pass the course

That's friggen awesome.
death from above > death from saddle
You can do battle with these guys:
I was thinking about doing that when i signed up
but i didnt
wat is that unit?
one more pic
no shit sounds kinda like my unit. both are the oldest units in our militarys
Does your unit have an operational role?
as well as taking part in military ceremonies the household cavalry is also an armoured reconissence unit
we are quick reaction force defending washington d.c. we are trained to insert by helos and humvees/trucks and also by foot. we are fully trained to operate in a NBC (nuclear, biological, or chemical) environment and have all the gear to do so. basically if anything happens to d.c. we are the only infantry unit in the immeadiate area, and have plenty of equipment to get the job done along with a marine quick reaction team of chemical guys and also army combat engineers who are stationed here.
All the Marines at 8th&I and on presidential support are infantry.
but they do not do infantry training like we do and are not a quick reaction force... please dont try to prove me wrong cause i know quite a few that are on that...........
heres our mission statement
"On order, 3d US Infantry Regiment deploys by air or land to: conduct NBC operations, conduct area security operations, and control civil disturbances in support of the Military District of Washington’s defense to the National Capital Region. Conduct Joint and Army ceremonies and funerals in order to represent the US Army and the Military."
