If one of you says mydol, I'll...well...really nothing I can do. Either way. I'm dropping weight now, eating a very clean diet with quite a bit of daily water consumption. I take vitamins and have at least a banana a day, so I don't figure my problem is too potassium oriented, but I still get muscle cramps about 4-5 rolls in and my lower back/thighs especially are always sore and tight. Coconut water helped in Brazil but I can't find it here...any other ideas?
