started my 4 month bulk 2 days ago
delt/bi/tri/forearms are def. a priority.
holy no body fat, batman.
Vascular. And lose the gloves.
I love how people here are so anti-gloves. I would love to see your callous filled palms. They probably feel like sandpaper. And those of you that don't wear gloves and just say put on lotion, why spend an extra $20 on lotion for the few months where you can just get gloves for 5-10 bucks and not deal with the pain? does being broly include you must go through pain, aside from being/sore/tired.
back on topic, you should even out your tan. my bulk start about 2-3 weeks ago.. lets see how we compare in February
$20 lotion eh?
Gloves make my grip worse. And I like the fact that my hands don't feel like a womans. I just keep the calluses filed down and shit and I cut them off when they get out of control.
Gloves? Soft hands? Even tan?
I thought you were the guy that everybody hated... regardless, I don't see how using gloves is like using the foam pad ( don't use it )
I said over a few months span, nice reading comprehension there pal.
I just hate how shit feels with gloves on. I can deal with shitty hands.
BAN isle 2, BAN isle 2.
aisle , now I understand the whole brain vs. brawn thing...
think about changing the months to years.
and sweet gloves faggot.
I've discussed the gloves here before.
I'm a nurse, and I have seen wicked staph infections that are antibiotic resistant. Recent studies have shown how Methicillin Resistant Staph Aureus (MRSA) is thriving in gyms, locker rooms, and weight rooms. Anyone who has ripped open a callous and continued to lift weights afterwards is really making themselves prone to septicemia caused by an antibiotic resistant agent.
Sure, not everybody is going to become septic from a staph infection or have their hand amputated, but I chose not to take that risk.
I also advise taking hand sanitizer into the gym with you to cleanse your hands afterwards before you start spreading shit into your homes and vehicles. If wearing gloves makes me gay, fine. I just want everyone to be aware of the risks involved with NOT wearing them.
There are tons more. This is a real problem, much more real than "OH MY GOD, I SHOULD BE WORRIED ABOUT WHAT DUDES ON AN INTERNET FORUM THINK ABOUT ME WEARING GLOVES!"
Ronnie Coleman wears gloves, tell him that he is a pussy if you dare.
i like how this thread turned into a discussion about gloves
170 (im 155 now) as cleanly as possible.
Good luck with your bulk. You're very very lean, so I wouldn't go crazy and try to just get fat on top of it.
i wish we took the amount of people who use commercial gyms and then found the % that got a bad staph infection directly because of their gym use..
i'm sure it's still more dangerous to drive your car to the gym than it is to not wear gloves once you get there.
your arm looks just like mine (bf% wise but less hairy)
Most people don't even realize they have it until later in life. Staph is a naturally occurring bacteria on your skin. You can become colonized with MRSA and not realize it until you get a bad cut, scratch, have surgery, etc later on in life. I know what i'm talking about regarding this subject, it is my job.
mmm, flesh hand. i'd like to take a bite outta that.
and lol @ whoever siad you have to put lotion on if you don't use gloves. what a girlscout.
so this only happens when you (if) start bleeding from the classus(spfuck)
I personally like to lift in a bubble
