He reps that shit like I rep the bar by itself
Good, but I dont even count a single one as one full rep.
I'd like to see you do 315 x 27....please!
I'm such a weak pussy. I can't even do that shit once.
Well, Ill give him credit for all the reps that touched his chest, but none of them extended more then 7 inches above him. I hope he doesnt read this or else I'd get my ass kicked
If you are directing this toward me, than yes. I am a weak faggot. Today I maxed out 220 on the bench
Locking out 27 times with 315 is not really good for you.
I saw the thread title and thought it was going to be a squat video. Damn.
Besides, not locking it out fully actually makes it somewhat harder. Keeping constant tension on the chest is a bitch.
I keep on telling everyone that in my school weightroom, but people still lock out in EVERY lift on EVERY rep.
i remember this topic before, unless youre a competitive powerlifter youre probably just lifting to look good and with bench being a chest exercise the isolation without locking out and keeping constant tension is good. /thread
Yeah plus it'll save your elbows.
damn, AND he doesn't lock out keeping constant tension. whats his 1RM? does he PL cuz technique didn't look it
you must be new. keep lurking. FYI not locking out puts the primary muscle groups under constant tension vs locking out at the top which allows, minimal although significant, recovery. constant tension is a better endurance gauge because recovery of energy substrates is minimized
What a pussy.
That's not high enough, he could go much higher and still not lock out.
obviously not, powerlifters only train the top 3"
well ya after the 234 ply shirt and beer belly that's what's left
well, in some cases, 3 inches is the total ROM
