not a bad night of training, but apparently I am still a little sick. after about 45 minutes i started getting light headed and dizzy and almost yacked. Had to run outside and cool down and catch my breathe.
For sure, at Undisputed or Boxing Club is cool with me.

what time do you normally train on weekends?
Im game for anytime time really -- The Muay Thai team at Undisputed is having a meeting in the morn on sat, but im free after that.
i'm going running in the morning. You want to meet up at und1sputed for some light work? My hip and groin are still killing me so it's hard to push it, but i definitely need to start getting beat up more to get some motivation in me.

i was put on my ass by the flu and haven't trained in two weeks.
i kept myself out this week because i have some lingering effects and there are 3 or 4 people training for fights and i didn't want to get them sick.
i was feeling like shit last week and ate a vicious head kick. like bad to the point where i had headaches all day. Last night I felt how rich franklin looked in his last fight with silva.
im just gonna try and work it out this weekend. maybe run it out of my system.
So the GF just called from the Dr's office. Apparently I gave her strep throat.
No wonder I felt like shit all week. Going for an outdoor run today while I do laundry. weight has jumped back up to 160, gonna try eating more protein to keep myself from getting too skinny again.
how was MT? I didnt even get to run this weekend.
had a decent night of MT. Hip got fatigued really fast so it was kind of useless to try and use right kicks. Cardio blew ass and I gassed out running basic combos.
oh well, got class tomorrow morning at 6:30, hopefully that will go better.
I need to start doing more striking, especially with my fight coming up--maybe. Yucky.
lately all i want to do is learn bjj. i love MT, but i am sick of getting all beaten up then having to hobble aorund work.

Had a rough time with a couple of guys, I noticed when the guy is bigger than me or better I tend to tense up and stop throwing an offense and just try and block the whole time. When I finally calmed down and got relaxed I felt much better and lighter on my feet. I really got to try and get my head straightened out more and not get intimidated into tightening up like that.
Overall it felt pretty good. My hip was awful, especially in the cold early morning, but it feels good to get int there and at least try and work it.
ate 3 cup cakes
went to islands for lunch and ate till i got physically ill
didnt do a damn thing physical
going double time tomorrow. 6am and 6pm

i like to take fridays off, usually i am dead frmo the work week and crash out bad.
You want to work out this weekend then mob down to TJ? my buddy has his brothers in from Indiana and wants to take them down there.

im a morning person. Figured we can put in an hour at the gym \and then try and assemble troops to go down and get tacos and messican cokes.
and possibly a wrestling mask or two.
