Is there any explanation for this? Maybe oversqueezing the pec on the pulling motion?
would you happen to work out your chest the day before?
i never had any chest soreness doing deadlifts (back day)
none, whatsoever. EVER.
I have felt pec pullign while DLing, but have not ever noticed soreness, It is not out of the realm of possibilities
nope...i took a week break and did a squat and deadlift day
