I love them
Well, if you have back problmes then yeah?
Don't waste your time or money, just go to a real orthopedic sports doctor.
soooo good. my i used to go once a week when i wrestled, made me feel soooo much better.
good most of the time, but they will try anything to get you to come back as often as possible. as long as you don't listen to them and only go when you need it, they're great
this is exactly what i was worried about... every single person i know that has gone before still goes regularly
I go on a weekly basis. I will say that I would not be at the level I am if it weren't for chiropractors!! They have helped me tremendously with prehab and rehab.
massage therapist who practices ART > *
The difference is no secret. The knots are gone, range of motion is back, zero pain, helped me with other problems I didn't know I had, showed me what to do for prevention, actually fixed the problem rather than mask it, and it was affordable.
I usually go once every 3-6 weeks when I feel like I need it and man does it feel gooooooooood
I'm waiting for my health insurance here at work to kick in. They cover the first 15 visits I think.
a good buddy on mine is a Chiro... i get adjustments, for free, for life
massage is actually very good for the body.
some bitches are fucking crazy. If it feels painful as hell, don't worry, it could be really really beneficial for you. But it could also just be fucking you up. get a doctor you trust...
My girlfriend went to a chiro and he actually ended up putting a kink into her neck (guy has been practicing for ~15 years too)...it took me 45 minutes to massage it out. Needless to say, she wont be going to the chiro anymore.
how much does a session usually cost?
$30 CAD for me. Personally I think it rocks. I can walk in, not tell him what hurts, he examines my back, and finds the exact spots that hurt. Great stuff. I visit bout once a month.
