So it's now November and I want to get a list going for my family early because I always send them one late. I'd really like to get some photography stuff, although my family isn't very well off. My parents have 4 kids, so they don't have a huge amount of money. I'm thinking simple things like compact flash cards, maybe filters. Are there any relatively cheap accessories that are must haves for photography? I'm not looking for lenses, tripods, or grips. I will take care of those with my own money. I'm thinking maybe a large external hard drive for photo storage. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks a lot.

I've got a Lowepro 200AW which I love right now, so maybe a new bag will be next year.
I think the flash will wait because it'll be around $200-300 for that, and my parents dont have that money (they've got a lot of repairs around the house that they have to pay for).

I've got an IR remote, but it's for a 300D, and it doesn't work with my 40D. I think I might ask for a wireless shutter release, though.

One other thing I want to get is some framed photography, but I haven't really found a specific photographer that I idolize or anything, nor have I found any photos that I have though "Wow, that would look awesome in my room" or anything
