I've had a chronic pain in my upper back for 3 years now. It is a deep muscular ache that I can't get out. I think I injured something during Rugby back in highschool. Anyways I can't do a back/shoulder workout without the muscles bothering me. It is nothing terrible but the pain keeps me up 1-2hours at night when I try to sleep, its gotten to the point where I don't want to workout anymore so I can get a good nights sleep. I have seen 4 physios, 3 chiros and done massage. Nothing has helped me Any suggestions?
