Has anyone tried CLA for weight loss or does anyone know anything about it?
I used just that and chromium a couple of years ago, didn't pay much attention to calories (not that it's a substitute for doing so, I did eat pretty "clean" though) and added physical activity, did very well
I'm sure most of the people here will say go with sesathin though
not a worthy supplement
CLA has to be taken in high doses to be effective and therefore is not cost effective either.
Like tryfuhl said I would recommend Sesathin instead.
i took it for several months, didnt lose any weight, but it helped 100% with reducing the fat on my stomach.. i changed nothing else, hell i didnt even exercise and it got rid of all the fat left on my stomach. worked like a miracle. i stopped taking it though because my blood pressure started to go up. but the fat didnt come back.
How much did you take a day? How much did your blood pressure go up?
