Looking for ones I can eat on the go and ones that the Mrs. can eat for dinner with me. TIA.

There's a chicken/tuna recipes thread in the archives, lots of good ones there.
Chicken, rice, pasta (be careful though you can get chubby off it), hamburger (90/10 fat ratio), tuna, oatmeal, egg whites, mashed potato's, drinks with low or no sugar. Just gotta make sure you get alot.
I eat tons of whole wheat pasta with tuna sauce... I love it, and its ~70g's og protein per meal. Of course, I also am on a fucking filthy bulk based primarily on burritos
You can probably add some more carbs, especially low-GI food, as long as your protein intake and fat intake are good.

brand of the whole wheat pasta? Every one i try is horriable.
I get most of mine from Trader Joe's. If they dont have that there, try Rotini Healthy Harvest... its decent. I just hate how long it all takes to cook.
