I have a Dell Flat screen moniter and it has shit on it that has gathered throughout the year. I was wondering how i would clean it? Can anybody help me?

BTW, the gunk on it is just oil from my families fingers etc. so its not hardcore stuff i have to get off. i dont want to use like rubbing alcohol or anything thats that strong, so if you guys can help me it would be much appreciated.

Shouldn't let stuff settle for too long because they will get encrusted and be extremely hard to clean.

I use rubbing alcohol and a cotton ball, read: not q-tip, though it does work for corners.

Use a non abrasive shamy (sp?) to clean the streaks that it will leave behind.

It's what they use in the factory before shipping, or so I'm told.

This is a tried and true method for about a year; in which time, I have no noticed any damage. I also have 2 more years of warranty so I'm not that concerned if the alcohol is corrosive.
