my legs havnt been this sore in many months. And it wasnt even a big workout. I was shoulder width and going to the point to where i bottom out. Squats 135x10 (a2g) 225x10 (a2g) 315x5 (a2g) 365x1 (a2g) x4 power 405x1 power 225x10 (a2g) 225x10 (a2g) 225x10 (a2g) with switching to a wide power squat I could really feel the weakness in my hips. SLDL 225x3x10 calves My knees hurt a lot today too.
