Had a pretty damn good DL workout this afternoon. Sets were: 135x6x2, 185x3, 205x3, 235x3, 255x1, 275x1, and 295x1. Probably could have gotten 300, but didn't want to risk injury. While doing 295, I felt the bar roll in my hand for the first time ever. I'm still using double overhand grip. I'm going for 300 in a couple weeks! I'm just happy that I can DL twice my bodyweight now! Bodyweight - 140.
