I am a freshman at Boston Univ. I had been working during the summer at cutting down quite a bit, because I though of myself as grossly overweight. When I got to school however, all that went to shit. It was terrible. I was eating pizza, ramen, taco bell, etc etc almost nightly. I never excercised. 2 Weeks in I found myself disgusting. I started running almost every day for 2-3 miles. I started eating better: no more fried shit, I would eat some stir fry and a salad at most. Usually it would just be a salad and some yogurt/granola for lunch, and something similar for dinner. Notably, I came here with a pair of jeans that were waist size 40 eek3: ) and right now they are falling off, with about 3 inches to spare. I am somewhat happy with my results. I do not have a scale here, but I am going home over thanksgiving and will probably weigh myself there. I was about 230 when I came here. I still feel grossly overweight, but at least I am making progress. Drinking and smoking pot (both involving increased apetite, especially late at night) have been the biggest interferences to me cutting down so far.
