Stats: 19 5'6 184 I have a big belly and moobs, though the rest of my body is pretty average (face has some fat). I'm looking to drop the fat, gain strength, gain definition, and gain some muscle mass (not too much though). Basically, I'm looking to get a lean look with some muscle mass as well. Losing the fat and getting more defined are probably my primary goals, then strength, then muscle mass. A few things: I am a college freshman and we're not allowed to have cars. So I'm stuck with the school gym which has the dreaded MACHINES only and no free-weights. Only free-weights are in the gym for the athletes which I can't get in (have tried). Also, hard to get to a grocery store without a car so kind of stuck eating in the dining hall most of the time (have a convenience store close to campus to get some stuff but not much). So keeping this in mind, what do you guys suggest diet and exercise wise?
