Yea before you mess with DNS settings and clearing cache all that stuff just activate any commercial VPN and see if it loads, if so then almost for sure 99% a DNS issue.its a fucking cch sitebuilder website host too

I just keep it as a backup or give it to a friend/family member not worth the hassle of trying to sell used PC parts online.

I retired out the oldest of the old.
Next system on the chopping block is an i3-8350k/GTX 1060 3gb (daughter system)

And what that tells me is that 7/10 cards on the top of that survey are 1xxx series cards which means 2xxx cards were hot garbage and 3xxx cards were unobtainable until recently.

big issue is there was no 20-series budget range.
You could argue the 16-series are part of 20 series. So 3 of the top 10 are "20" series
