Which one of you is Michael?

Well I'm an Intel Fanboy so it ain't me.

Although there's a STRONG chance I'll go red this round if single thread performance is as leaked

Yeah, I'm waiting for them to drop the 5800X3D again, they had it for $379 a while back but I wasn't able to get over there to pick one up, it's been back at $399 since.

anyone have any experience where your computer doesn't do shit when it hits the spinny dots screen on boot up?

i've power cycled so many times, i can get the Preparing for Repair or whatever to come up but then it sits and spins. I've left it on both for house but no luck. I was able to get it to go into the repair screen yesterday, tried running stuff but it failed. So I made a USB bootable windowz stick and I can't even boot to that.

Do you think my HDD has failed? It's only ~1yr old wtf

Unplug computer from wall THEN Unplug all hard drive SATA cables except your man OS "C" drive.

See if computer will boot then.

Report back and we can go from there.
