Did you mix anything into the cream cheese?

yes,

one 8oz block of cream cheese (sat on counter for an hour to soften up a bit)
1 cup of fine shredded sharp cheddar
dash of salt, black pepper, garlic powder and onion powder....not more than a half of a small teaspoon of each, but i didn't measure

mixed the fuck out of it as best i could

i filled each pepper, placed a sausage on top and wrapped with bacon

sounds easy, takes forever lol

but if i'm being honest, if i just had the counter space and/or storage space i would be broke from having kitchen gizmos

kitchen aid + crazy attachments
meat grinder
sausage stuffer
deli slicer
deep freezer

you name it and i'd have it.

I'm pretty sure there's a sausage attachment for a KitchenAid and I know there's a meat grinder attachment.

Ugh I know the feeling. Apartment life has limited my cooking and kitchen accessorizing.

im really just thankful that i'm allowed to have my grill and smoker outside and have a ton of concrete patio space that i don't have to share with anyone

granted, i'd rather have a garage to keep it in....

or an outdoor covered kitchen one day

I am currently in the process of buying finally. So as long as I can find a place I can have a smoker and such. Looking into town homes, which most have HOA’s but I don’t think they will restrict those. Gonna upgrade my smoker and would love to have my Blackstone back outside to use.

Yeah me too. We are seeing things cooling down up here. My lease is up in Feb so I am hoping I can find something within the next 7 months.

I want a Blackstone so fucking bad

i kind of want one...for these reasons and these reasons only

smashburgers
philly cheese steak sandwiches with peppers/onions/mushrooms sauteed in there
searing steaks and other large pieces of meat that i have just removed from the smoker
maybe fried rice

those are the heavy hitters coming to mind right off.

I would make breakfast every single weekend day if I had a Blackstone.
