i ate some leftovers and took a bunch to my parents...but i still have plenty to throw in the crockpot tomorrow and extend the life of these leftovers for a few more days

It may be the best we have ever made. Made with 2 day chicken stock since I haven't fully stripped my turkey bones yet to make new stock.

We picked up a small turkey to do a Friendsgiving, and I figured I’d try out the little smoker box in my napoleon grill. Never really smoked anything, but got the grill up to between 275 and 300 and put the turkey on with a light rub. Refilled the smoke box with hickory chips a couple times over about 3 hours, and it might have been the best turkey I’ve ever had. Going to try pellets next time, what are your favorite kinds? Lots of options to choose from

you might call it a soup, im gonna call it chili.
2 cans of diced fire roasted tomatoes
1 can of pinto beans (drained)
1 can of great northern beans (drained)
1 small can of diced green chilis
1 8oz chicken boullion cube dissolved
chili powder
cumin
cayenne powder
jalapeno powder
salt
black and white pepper
garlic powder
onion power
on low in the crock pot....later, i'll chunk up the leftover turkey meat and toss it in for the last hour
it will be delicious, i do this with boneless chicken thighs all the time

I watched a tiktok of this italian dude making this super simple pasta that was just like, thick cut bacon, crushed tomatoes in the bacon grease, some pepper and parm and then the al dente pasta tossed in. IDK the name of it and I didn't save the video.
