Always brine turkey imoI'm going to be smoking a bone in turkey breast. Do I need to brine it? Anyone have suggestions?

I’d start here: https://altonbrown.com/recipes/good-eats-roast-thanksgiving-turkey/It's only 7lbs or so. I dunno what to do for a brine. Otherwise, I am just injecting it and smoking it.

Since the start of the pandemic I took to brining all of my meats and I notice a difference when I don’t.ThanksI'll take a look. I think when I did the two turkey breasts last time I didn't brine them and turned out just fine. So I'll see what I end up doing.
I haven't done much brining except when I do a dry brine for smoked fishes or the one time I did a full turkey.Since the start of the pandemic I took to brining all of my meats and I notice a difference when I don’t.
I don’t use the same method for all recipes - dry brines for some, wet for others, buttermilk for chicken, etc.
Just throwing that out there
Are they still quality? Not shaming on your purchase, genuinely curious. I buy my meats from a rancher now, but I've done Omaha in the past.
Wife got me a package for Xmas, did the sirloin last night. While it was good it's not it my fav cut so it's hard to say. I would have preferred a big ribeye myself. Kit came with chops, chicken fried steak, scalloped potatoes, some apple dessert. Are they still quality? Not shaming on your purchase, genuinely curious. Looks good but need to pound that thing out so it’s about the size of the plate
