Looks good but need to pound that thing out so it’s about the size of the plate
That was mine, and I was being rushed so I didn't pound it out enough, was still delicious tho.

Lol it just occurred to me, ot generally gets the pic of the worst of the food I make because I procrastinate and use the worst of what I make to give myself and take pics of that.

Have a 15 lb brisket smoking right now and it's fucking -5 degrees outside. Not sure how this one will turn out, but I'll probably just finish in the oven or something if it's to cold to keep a steady temp. My brothers requested it, so it shall be done for Christmas.

Should be coming off pretty soon. Going to toss a dutch oven with some baked beans on the smoker for a few hours while the brisket rests.


Four days in a row smoking something. Turkeys, prime ribs, brisket, beans. The prime rib was amazing (don't have any good pics, though). Turkey breasts were wet brined for about 30 hours, did a couple cajun ones and a couple rosemary ones as well.

Gonna do bbq loaded baked potatoes later. Got this pork butt on and going. Should be ready in 8 ish hours. Maybe less. Idk. Not sure if I’ll wrap it or not tbh.

I’m not great at frying chicken, but I’m practicing.

I tried double frying chicken thighs. Turned out super crispy and delicious. Also made Spanish potatoes but those are just whatever.
