I made a one pot fish dish the other day that I can search for the recipe if you want.
It was thinly sliced Yukon gold potatoes layered and baked, then striped bass laid on top after about 20 minutes of the potatoes cooking by themselves. Then a bunch of green salty olives scattered over the top.
