Hey Archangel do you work out at Siam Star?
Shouldn't be too bad. Just make sure you give yourself a little bit inbetween, and stretch really well. I often do lowerbody/core and then play B-ball right after for like 2 hours.
Muay Thai can be brutal though. When I was training regularly (4X a week) I was in great shape but always worn down from it.
What is muay thai training?
