BACK at 220 lbs 5'11" diet is currently 1700 cals trying to keep a 33%/33%/33% of cals from fat, carb, protein. I'd like to see 190 before end of March, but I don't know if thats even possible. The questions I have are basically "when to do what" kind of questions and if I should even bother with lifting heavy for less sets, or lifting light for more sets. I'm currently trying to stick to 6 days on with Sunday being my day off. Trying to do light cardio in the morning for 35 minutes and lifting when i get off of work. Wondering if this is good for cutting, if it is should I be lifting heavier for shorter periods, or lighter for longer periods? Diet is completely clean, no trans fats, high fructose corn syrup, and allowing one "dirty" meal on a saturday. Eating mostly fish/chicken/lean beef with fruits and vegetables and whole grain breads when i eat them. So yeah, anyone with beneficial advice would be greatly appreciated.
