Ever since ive been a young teen after excessive excersize ~90mins+ (running, soccer, biking, swimming) ive experienced harsh pains in my calfs. Always thought it was due to deyhyrdation. Just yesterday i went biking and after ~20miles my calf cramps up to the point i have to stop because of severe pain. I had been well hyrdated and had a banana b4 the ride. Now almost 36 hrs later my muscles in my calf are still soar and painful. Whats causing this problem in my calfs?
