....and I can't figure out why. I take E about 7am then 200mg of C about an hour later. Feel great, tons of energy to get through the day. After lunch which is about 2 hours before gym time I take another E. Head to the gym, good workout then I get home and make dinner then about 7pm I crash hard. Almost like a food coma style crash and become worthless the rest of the evening. Any suggestions, tips, recommendations on how to avoid dropping like a rock? Also, what woudl you recommend doing to help recover from DOMS quicker?
